Chelsea have reportedly added Scotland international goalkeeper Craig Gordon to their three-man shortlist to replace Asmir Begovic this month, according to the Telegraph.

The Premier League side, who defeated Hull City 2-0 on Sunday to move eight points clear at the top of the table, are willing to let the Bosnia international shot stopper leave Stamford Bridge before Deadline Day if they can bring in a replacement.

Gordon, 34, who has 45 international caps for his country, has impressively kept 18 clean sheets in 34 appearances in all competitions for Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic.

The Blues have already turned down an offer of £10m from fellow Premier League side AFC Bournemouth for Begovic, but boss Antonio Conte has told the shot stopper he is willing to let him leave if the Italian manages to find a replacement before January 31.

Gordon is the latest name to be linked with Chelsea, alongside AC Milan’s Diego Lopez and Galatasaray’s Fernando Muslera, having won two league titles at Celtic Park.
