Nathan Redmond was one of the players to be relegated with Norwich City last season and so whilst you might think his morale may be low, his belief in his own ability remains strong. His transfer to Southampton over the summer seems to have worked out well for the 22-year-old and he has only missed 15 minutes of this campaign so far.

The winger-turned-striker in Claude Puel’s new system already has three goals to his name and he has learnt to play in this new role for the benefit of the rest of the team. He is beating opponents with ease, creating plenty of chances and has energy to burn. The England under-21 player is certainly one to watch out for.
