Chelsea are reportedly weighing up whether to meet the demands to land Belgium international Radja Nainggolan this summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Premier League side, who could only finish tenth in the English top-flight standings this term after sacking manager Jose Mourinho back in December, have been heavily linked with a move for the AS Roma star midfielder.
The 28-year-old, who has 19 international caps for his country and has been included in Belgium’s 23-man squad for EURO 2016 this month, scored six goals and provided two assists in 42 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit last season.
Nainggolan, who has already confirmed talks have taken place between the Italian giants and the Premier League club, is wanted by incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte in a new midfield pairing alongside France and Leicester City ace N’Golo Kante.
However the report suggests that Chelsea are baulking at Roma’s £31m asking price for the Belgian’s services.
