Chelsea have reportedly offered Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic a two-year deal worth a staggering £10m a year, according to FootMercato (via the Daily Star).

The defending Premier League champions, who currently sit tenth in the English top-flight respectively after their most recent 1-1 draw against Stoke City, are interested in signing the star striker from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The 34-year-old; who has 111 international caps for his country, has scored a remarkable 35 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions, plus 16 assists, for the defending Ligue 1 champions so far this season.

Ibrahimovic, who arrived at the French outfit from AC Milan back in July 2012 in a deal worth around €20m, found the back of the net in both legs of PSG’s UEFA Champions League last-16 4-2 aggregate victory to knock the Blues out of Europe last week.

However reports in France suggest that Chelsea have offered the striker, who is set to become a free agent this summer when his current contract runs out, a two-year deal to join the Stamford Bridge outfit come the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
