Despite a slow start to the season, Hazard is rightfully Chelsea’s highest rated player. The FIFA 15 UK cover star is ranked at 89 after enjoying a successful season last term, where he was named PFA Player of the Year. Cesc Fabregas comes in two marks down at 87, whilst controversial striker Diego Costa is a further step back at 86.
