Celtic travel to Turkey to take on Fenerbahce knowing that they cannot qualify for the knockout stages of the Europa League.
Draws in their opening two matches of the group stage was not enough, as the Bhoys lost their next three games, including a 2-1 defeat at home to Ajax last time out which condemned the Scottish champions to an early exit.
But although this is a dead rubber for the Hoops, it is an extremely important clash for the hosts.
Fenerbahce go into the game in second place in Group A, meaning a win or a draw would see them qualify for the next stage.
However, a defeat against Ronny Deila’s side would see them eliminated if Ajax beat Molde in Amsterdam.
The Turkish side, managed by Vítor Pereira, have won one and lost one of their two home matches in the competition to date.
In the reverse fixture, Celtic stormed into a 2-0 lead but were pegged back as the visitors secured a vital 2-2 draw.
Kris Commons has travelled with the visitors to Istanbul after missing the last four matches with a hamstring problem, while fellow midfielder James Forrest has also made the trip after recovering from a knock.
But the Glasgow side will be without captain Scott Brown, Charlie Mulgrew and Saidy Janko, who are missing with long-term injuries.
