McEachran’s return

Despite Brentford losing 4-0 and being eliminated from the FA Cup, it was a very special day for the McEachran family.

After departing Chelsea in 2015, 23-year-old midfielder Josh returned to Stamford Bridge on Saturday for the first time.

He was treated to a fantastic reception, both before and during the match, a better reception than some of the home players.

To top off the occasion, younger brother George scored for Chelsea Under-18’s prior to the first-team game in their 3-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur.

Whether it is Josh or George, it is fair to say that the McEachran name will be remembered by the Blues’ fans for several years to come.
