One decision manager Southgate MUST make ahead of Sunday’s game against Lithuania is deciding who will replace stand-in skipper Gary Cahill, who is suspended for tomorrow’s tie.

Goalkeeper Joe Hart is expected to be named captain ahead of kick-off, with Wayne Rooney left out of this month’s squad, whilst defender Chris Smalling has withdrawn due to injury.
