Chelsea have reportedly already met with Joe Hart to discuss a summer move for the England international goalkeeper, according to Calciomercato.com.

The Premier League side, who drew 1-1 at Anfield against Liverpool to move nine points clear at the top of the standings, have been continually linked with the out-of-favour Manchester City shot stopper.

The 29-year-old, who has 68 international caps for the Three Lions, has recorded six clean sheets in 22 appearances in all competitions this season for Torino, after joining the Serie A side on a season-long loan deal last summer.

Hart, who was offloaded by manager Pep Guardiola upon his arrival at the Etihad Stadium last year, instead bringing in FC Barcelona ‘keeper Claudio Bravo as his new No.1 this term, is wanted by Blues boss Antonio Conte as Thibaut Courtois’ future at Stamford Bridge is uncertain following reported interest from Real Madrid.

The report suggests the Englishman met with Chelsea chiefs on Monday to begin talks over a possible summer transfer.
