Although he wasn’t 100% and up to speed, Philippe Coutinho still looked like Liverpool’s main threat in his half hour cameo at Southampton on Wednesday night.

And, if he is ready to start, Klopp should have no hesitation in putting him in the side.

The Brazilian international netted five goals and laid on five assists in the Premier League prior to his injury against Sunderland, and he is the one that really makes Liverpool tick in the final third.

Sadio Mane’s absence is a big blow to the Reds, but having Coutinho back fit more than makes up for that – Klopp needs to start him if he’s fully fit on Sunday.
