Leicester City have completed the £7.5m signing of Cracovia winger Bartosz Kapustka on a five-year deal.

The Poland international, who played in four of his nation’s five matches at the 2016 European Championship finals in France earlier this summer, impressed a number of clubs with his performances, but it is the Premier League champions that have won the race for his signature.

The 19-year-old, who made more than 60 appearances for Cracovia, will wear the number 14 shirt at the King Power Stadium and has linked up with his new teammates before their International Champions Cup clash against Spanish giants Barcelona in Stockholm on Wednesday night,

Kapustka is Claudio Ranieri’s fifth addition of the summer as they gear up for a campaign that will include taking part in the group stages of the Champions League, and the 19-year-old follows in the footsteps of goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler, defender Luis Hernandez, midfielder Nampalys Mendy and forward Ahmed Musa.
