Manchester United have reportedly made Brazil international superstar Neymar their number one transfer target this summer, according to L’Equipe (via the Metro).

The 13-time Premier League champions; who face West Ham United on Tuesday night, knowing all three points in London will see the Red Devils leapfrog rivals Manchester City in the league standings into fourth spot, have been linked with an audacious move for the FC Barcelona forward once the current 2015/16 campaign concludes this month.

The 24-year-old; who has scored a remarkable 46 goals in 70 international caps for his country, has found the back of the net 30 times in all competitions for the La Liga giants so far this season, including a further 26 assists.

Neymar, who arrived at the Nou Camp from Brazilian side Santos back in the summer of 2013, has impressively scored 84 times in just 139 games for the Catalan giants – forming a formidable attacking trio for Barca alongside teammates Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi this term.

However the report suggests that United’s priority over pursuing Neymar will much depend on Louis van Gaal’s side beating rivals City to a Premier League top four finish this Sunday and consequent qualification for Champions League football.

Forget about transfers.. Woodward is not good enough and LVG is not the preferred manager either.

We only get expensive buys not good players..
