Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho insists he is going nowhere, according to The Sun.
The 53-year-old, who has also been boss at the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, FC Porto and Benfica, put pen to paper on a three-year deal at Old Trafford back in May 2016 after succeeding Louis van Gaal at the helm.
United, who currently sit eighth in the Premier League table following Saturday’s goalless draw against newly promoted Burnley, are already eight points behind league leaders and arch-rivals, Manchester City, after 10 games.
But Mourinho has vowed to stay on at The Theatre of Dreams, despite his side’s disappointing start to the 2016/17 season.
“I am at the club I want to be at and I am so happy to be here,” he said.
“I want to stay here until the end of my contract and then who knows?
