Mourinho should give these 3 Man United players a chance on Boxing Day

Mourinho said after the West Brom game that he may need to rest Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and so could look to Marcus Rashford to lead the line against the Black Cats.

Like Martial, the England striker has struggled for form this term compared to last season, when he established himself on the big stage, but a confident boost from Mourinho by giving him the lead striker’s role could be what he needs to hit those heights again.

Rashford hasn’t scored for United since their 4-1 win over Leicester on September 24, 15 appearances ago, but he could use his pace and willingness to run at defenders to his advantage against what is likely to be a stubborn Sunderland backline on Monday.
