Manchester United are reportedly in talks over a whopping £600,000-a-week deal to sign Sweden superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer, according to Corriere dello Sport (via the Daily Star).

The 13-time Premier League champions, who defeated rock-bottom Aston Villa 1-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday to confirm the Villans’ relegation to the Championship, have been linked with a move for the out of contract Paris Saint-Germain striker once the current 2015-16 campaign has concluded.

The 34-year-old; who has 112 international caps for his country and is set to star for Sweden at Euro 2016 later this year in France, has scored a sensational 41 goals in 44 appearances in all competitions for the already crowned Ligue 1 champions so far this season, including 18 assists.

Ibrahimovic, who is thought to also be attracting interest from former club AC Milan in Italy, is believed to have asked for a whopping £2.4m a month if he is to sign for the Old Trafford outfit – which works out at around £600,000-a-week.
