Pochettino should give these 3 Tottenham players a chance in the Europa League vs Gent

You sense that this is exactly the type of game that young midfielder Josh Onomah is the Tottenham squad for.

The 19-year-old hasn’t started a Premier League game for the club this term despite regularly appearing on the bench, while he has made just seven other appearances in their domestic and European cup competitions thus far.

However, Onomah did net against Gillingham back in September and then performed well against Liverpool in Spurs’ League Cup run, and did indeed come on as a substitute against Fulham on Sunday to further reinforce his importance to Pochettino’s squad.

Thus, he may well get a chance against Gent on Thursday night.
