The Premier League is back, and two of the teams that will be expect to compete for a spot in the top four minimum meet at the Emirates on Sunday when Arsenal host Liverpool.
The Gunners already look set to be missing a number of key players ahead of the clash at the weekend though, with France international Olivier Giroud among them.
It could mean that Alexis Sanchez, who is usually deployed as one of the attacking midfielders, plays up top, and manager Arsene Wenger will be looking to the Chile international to provide the goal threat in north London.
Meanwhile, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been busy in the transfer market this summer as he looks to improve on the Reds’ eighth-placed finish in the top-flight last term, including the £34 million addition of Sadio Mane from Southampton.
