The Premier League is back! Two sides that will be looking to have successful campaigns in the top-flight this season will be Chelsea and West Ham United, who meet at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.

New Blues boss Antonio Conte will be determined to get off to a good start following the club’s disastrous 10th-placed finish last term, and he will be looking to forward Eden Hazard to provide a spark in attack.

The Belgian, who won the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award in 2014/15 was one of the major disappointments for Chelsea last season, and he will want to hit the ground running on Monday.

Meanwhile West Ham, fresh from their move to the Olympic Stadium, will be looking to push on again after ending the campaign in seventh, and they will be looking to their talisman Dimitri Payet to inspire them.

The France international arguably proved to be the signing of the summer last year following some outstanding performances for the Irons, and he will look to take their form into the new season.

Shoot takes a look at how the duo match-up ahead of their meeting on Monday…
