It is an all south-coast clash on Sunday in the Premier League as Southampton host newly promoted AFC Bournemouth at St Mary’s Stadium this weekend (16:00).

The Saints, who reached the quarter-finals of the League Cup after defeating Aston Villa 2-1 in midweek, currently sit eighth in the Premier League after their opening ten fixtures.

Meanwhile the Cherries, who were in fact knocked out of the same club competition earlier this week by Liverpool (1-0), hover just two points above the bottom three after their 5-1 thrashing at home to Tottenham last weekend.

Senegal international Sadio Mane is enjoying a fruitful spell in front of goal for Ronald Koeman’s hosts so far this term, scoring three and assisting four goals in the Premier League, meanwhile opposing winger Matt Ritchie has been Bournemouth’s outstanding performer so far in the club’s first-ever top-flight campaign with two strikes of his own.

With both forwards set to feature for Southampton and Bournemouth respectively this Sunday, here is how both Mane and Ritchie match up so far this season…
