Premier League Team of the Week: Matchweek 4

The Premier League produced plenty of excitement and goals in the last weekend before the transfer window closes and the upcoming international break.  

Everton are the only remaining team with a 100% record following their fourth successive win over Brighton & Hove Albion.

But with a countless standout individual performances, who were the real stars of Matchweek 4?

It was far from an easy decision, but here is our Premier League Team of the Week…

GK: Alphonse Areola

Fulham’s pointless start to the season continued on Sunday with a 1-0 defeat at Wolves. However, it was a much improved defensive performance from Scott Parker’s side, who had conceded 10 in their previous three matches, with goalkeeper Alphonse Areola catching the eye. The ex-Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid stopper made numerous stops, including a stunning double-save in the first half.
