Shoot!’s ultimate Everton-Leicester City five-a-side team

Riyad Mahrez

The PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez has been far from his best this time round, yet he has proven to have the talent and quality to turn a game in an instance.

The Algeria international scored 17 goals and laid on 11 assists to help the Foxes achieve the remarkable and win the Premier League title, although this season has managed just five goals in 27 league games.

However, improved displays in recent weeks under Craig Shakespeare, including a man-of-the-match performance against Hull last month, suggests that Mahrez is slowly coming back to top form, and when he is in form like that, there aren’t many better attackers in the division.

Everton have several good attacking players, like Kevin Mirallas and Ross Barkley, yet neither of them trump Mahrez when he is at his best, which is why he gets into this team.
