Southampton line up £15m double swoop for La Liga duo

Southampton are reportedly lining up a £15 million double swoop for Barcelona forward Cristian Tello and Malaga midfielder Recio, according to the Sun.

Saints boss Claude Puel is still looking to strengthen his attacking options this summer following the departures of Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle, and the south coast outfit have long been linked with a deal for the Barca attacker.

Tello, who is also said to be interesting Serie A duo AC Milan and Fiorentina, is understood to be keen on a move to the Premier League, having spent the last two seasons out on loan spells from the Spanish giants.

Southampton, who finished sixth in the English top-flight last term to qualify for the group stages of the Europa League, are also keen on the £5 million-rated Recio, who could be seen as a replacement for Victor Wanyama after he left the club to join Tottenham Hotspur last month.
