Butland kept two clean sheets in three games in November.

Stoke City picked up six points from a possible nine in November, and their stand out player was arguably the best goalkeeper in the Premier League so far this season, Jack Butland.

The England international was once again in inspired form, pulling off some brilliant saves to keep a clean sheet in the 1-0 win against Chelsea at the Britannia Stadium, before following that up with another shut-out in another 1-0 victory at St Mary’s against Southampton.

The 22-year-old’s goal was finally breached in the 83rd minute of the third match of the month away at Sunderland, and there was nothing he could do about Patrick van Aanholt’s fierce strike that flew into the top corner, before Duncan Watmore added another for the hosts two minutes later.
