The unstoppable Arsenal front line after a summer overhaul at the Emirates

There probably wasn’t much interest in Everton’s Ross Barkley back in the autumn, given that his form wasn’t particularly great, but now the 23-year-old is a man in demand.

That’s because since the turn of the year, Barkley has been in great form, scoring once and laying on five assists to help Ronald Koeman’s men six of their nine Premier League games, and move level on points with Arsenal in sixth.

Unsurprisingly, Barkley’s form saw him receive a recall to the England squad for this week’s games against Germany and Lithuania, and it has also seen interest mount for the midfielder, with the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham reportedly interested.

And given that Mesut Ozil may well be on his way out of the Emirates this summer, a move for Barkley should be high on Wenger’s list of priorities.
