The unstoppable Arsenal front line after a summer overhaul at the Emirates

Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe’s stunning display in Monaco’s Champions League last 16 victory over Manchester City this month has got the whole of Europe talking about a potential superstar.

The 18-year-old netted in their 5-3 defeat to Pep Guardiola’s side at the Etihad Stadium in the first leg, before getting the opener and paving the way for a Monaco comeback in the second leg, a game they’d end up winning 3-1 and thus progress to the quarter-finals on away goals.

But it has not just been in Europe where Mbappe has shown this term, he has been excellent in the league as well, scoring 12 goals and laying on five assists in just 22 appearances, only half of which have been starts.

And with 11 goals in his last nine games in all competitions, Mbappe has shot to fame, and as a result several top sides are keeping tabs on the starlet, one of which reportedly is Arsenal.

Wenger clearly sees him as the next big thing, so must break the bank to acquire his services this summer.
