Chelsea are beginning to look like the title challenges many thought they would be when the season started back in August.

New manager Antonio Conte has stamped his authority on the side in recent weeks, with the former Juventus and Italy boss implementing a back three to good effect at Stamford Bridge.

The results speak for themselves, with the Blues having won five successive league games and not conceding a goal in any of them since Conte tweaked the system.

This is all after a tricky spell which saw them lose at home to Liverpool and away at Arsenal, with the defence coming under fire for repeated lacklustre displays.

Nonetheless, impressive wins over Manchester United and Everton have underlined their title credentials, and Chelsea now sit just a point and place behind league leaders Liverpool.

With the transfer window approaching, many are speculating as to what areas Conte needs to strengthen if his side are to maintain a title challenge until the end of the season.
