Manchester United needed a late equaliser from Zlatan Ibrahimovic to rescue a point from their meeting with rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s side fell behind when the out-of-sorts Paul Pogba handled James Milner’s corner in the box, allowing the former England international to step up and net his sixth penalty of the season.

However, United improved in the second half and got their reward six minutes from time when the in-form Ibrahimovic guided a header over the helpless Simon Mignolet to earn the hosts a deserved point.

Nonetheless, it hasn’t done either side much good in their respective ambitions for the season, with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool now seven points adrift of Premier League leaders Chelsea, while Mourinho’s United are now four points behind fourth place Arsenal after a seventh draw of the campaign.

United are sixth having picked up 40 points from their 21 league matches thus far, but they’ll be frustrated to have not extended their winning run to 11 games in all competitions.

And many feel that Mourinho still needs a few more signings in the January transfer window to get this United team where he wants it, but that could mean that some players need to leave Old Trafford to make room for new signings.

Thus, here are TWO Man United stars who must leave Old Trafford this month for their own good…
