Swansea City are in complete disarray and are staring at a long, hard season if they do not improve their Premier League form.
Bob Bradley’s side have won just once since their opening day win at Burnley, and that was a thrilling 5-4 win over struggling Crystal Palace a few weeks back.
Other than that, there has not been much to cheer about for Swansea fans, and indeed manager Bradley, who replaced the sacked Francesco Guidolin at the start of October but has overseen just one win in seven games, in which time they have conceded 19 goals.
Their 5-0 hammering at Tottenham last weekend was their worse defeat of the season, and they now face a crucial match at home to fellow relegation zone occupier Sunderland at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
David Moyes’ men are just two points better off than Bradley’s basement side, but victory for the Swans could lift them out of the bottom three.
Clearly, Swansea haven’t been good enough in several areas this season, and there are some players who must improve if they are to avoid the drop.
