Belgian international Eden Hazard has rediscovered his best form this season after a torrid spell last time out.

The 25-year-old has already netted seven times in the Premier League this time around, which trumps his meagre tally of four for the Blues in last season’s campaign.

But it’s not just the goals that indicate that Hazard is back to his best, it’s his all round play which has been sensational for the Blues this season.

He has forged a wonderful partnership and understanding with Diego Costa, and if those two continue to flourish like they are at present, then Chelsea will go close this season.
