Although it didn’t work for Kevin De Bruyne at Chelsea, he has come to Manchester and shown the Premier League exactly how good he is.

The 25-year-old came back to English football’s top-flight in 2015, and it didn’t take him long to adapt to the English game, netting three times in his first five games for then-manager Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

He then went on to net 13 more times for City, as well as providing nine assists, to stake his claim as one of the most important and influential players.

This season has been no different. The Belgium international was instrumental in City’s 2-1 win over neighbours Man United last month, and Guardiola’s side seriously missed him in their defeat at Spurs.

He is definitely one of City’s most important attacking players, and his form and fitness may have a say in whether the blue half of Manchester win a third Premier League title.
