This is the Chelsea XI that will win the Premier League title

He was one of a few Chelsea defenders criticised for his early season form, but one that Conte has trusted hugely since changing to a back three.

England international Gary Cahill made errors against both Swansea and Arsenal earlier in the season, but when others were dropped, the 31-year-old wasn’t, and he since played every game for the Blues in the Premier League.

The centre-back has been a crucial part of the back three with consistently good performances, a far cry from what we saw near the start of the campaign.

Cahill is an integral member of Conte’s squad, as he is in Gareth Southgate’s England one, so his form will need to remain solid between now and May to help the Blues win the title.
