Everton picked up back-to-back Premier League victories for the first time since September by thumping Manchester City 4-0 on Sunday.

Ronald Koeman’s side were sensational against the Citizens, and goals from Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas, Tom Davies, and debutant Ademola Lookman secured a deserved win for the Toffees, who remain in seventh as a result.

However, they have cut the gap to sixth place Manchester United to seven points after their 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Sunday, so a top six finish isn’t completely out of the question for Koeman’s side.

What is out of the question though is FA Cup glory, as Everton were beaten by Premier League champions Leicester 2-1 in the third round ten days ago so they won’t be ending a 22-year for a major piece of silverware this season.

Nonetheless, they travel to struggling Crystal Palace on Saturday hoping to record a third straight win, and indeed keep the pressure on United in sixth with a tenth league success of the campaign.

Many still feel that Everton are short in certain departments to sustain a challenge to the top six, so Koeman may have to dip into the winter transfer market in a bid to strengthen his squad.

And, having been linked to a few names in recent weeks, here is what the Everton FRONT LINE could look like come the end of the month…
