Andy Carroll’s recent return to fitness gave everyone at West Ham a real boost, and it’s not difficult to see why a few weeks down the line.

The England international has scored three goals in his eight Premier League games since returning from injury, and he has lead the line brilliantly for the Hammers throughout that spell.

His stunning goal against Crystal Palace last weekend was pure class, and indicative of the confidence the 28-year-old appears to have in himself after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
