Whilst it’s often the case that the father’s career often outshines that of his son’s, in this case Lampard Junior’s accomplishments at Stamford Bridge have outshone those his father achieved at Upton Park.

Senior spent seven years as assistant to his brother-in-law Harry Redknapp between 1994-2001 at West Ham, and it was here that junior would begin his professional career in 1995.

Having come up through the Hammers’ academy, the future Chelsea and Manchester City midfielder spent six years in East London playing under Uncle Harry and his dad before joining the Blues.
