Way out front as the most expensive buy in Premier League history is Paul Pogba. Manchester United lost the Frenchman to Juventus on a free in 2012 but, in 2016, decided to launch a world-record bid in order to bring him back. Pogba has since had a rollercoaster time at Old Trafford but fans will hope they will see the best of him once again when he returns from injury.
