Signed in the January transfer window of 2015, from Croatian side HNK Rijeka for an undisclosed fee in the region of £7m, there was hope that Kramaric could power Leicester City to safety under Nigel Pearson.

For the majority of the campaign, the Foxes were rooted to the bottom of the Premier League, only for a miraculous late charge to secure another season of top-flight football.

Scoring three goals in 15 appearances in his debut campaign in England, the Croatian forward gave supporters only a glimpse of his talent.

However, under Claudio Ranieri in the following campaign, the striker only made a further five appearances as the Foxes stormed to the title and was soon shipped out on-loan to Bundesliga club 1889 Hoffenheim.

Netting five times in 15 league appearances, the German outfit soon made the deal permanent in the following summer transfer window for a reported £8m, with Kramaric signing a four-year deal.
