3. Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal and Chile)
After signing from Barcelona in the summer of 2014, Alexis Sanchez has set English football alight. His debut season brought 25 goals in all competitions, including one in the Gunners’ FA Cup final victory over Aston Villa. The 26-year-old has also started to show that kind of form this term with nine goals in his last five games for club and country. Despite thrilling Premier League fans, it’s on the international front where Sanchez enjoyed his biggest achievement in 2015, as he helped Chile win their first ever Copa America title on home soil.
