Although he has a bigger budget than the four other names on the list, you simply can’t ignore the fantastic job Mauricio Pochettino is doing at Tottenham. Sitting pretty in fourth, the Argentine has made this young Spurs team attractive on the eye, while also continuing to develop homegrown talents such as Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Tom Carroll. The ex-Southampton boss has seen his side lose just two of their 20 league matches to date, meaning they head into the remaining 18 matches as genuine title contenders.
