4. Eddie Howe (AFC Bournemouth)

Howe’s Bournemouth have beaten Chelsea and Manchester United this season

Our fourth top boss in the league this season is also the youngest – Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe. When he returned to the Cherries after a difficult spell with Burnley, he took the club from League One to the Premier League in just three seasons. This term, which is the Dorset side’s first ever in the top-flight, Howe’s team have continued to surprise everyone, beating Chelsea and Manchester United, undoubtedly two of the greatest results in the club’s history. Even more remarkable, Howe has moved his side out of the bottom three despite a host of injuries to stars such as Callum Wilson and Max Gradel.
