3. Kevin Mirallas (Everton)

26th April 2015 - Barclays Premier League - Everton v Manchester United - Kevin Mirallas of Everton celebrates after scoring their 3rd goal - Photo: Simon Stacpoole / Offside.

Mirallas took his opportunity at Chelsea.

The Belgium international took his chance as he was reinstated to the starting line-up, scoring in the process as he terrorised the Chelsea defence.

After testing Thibaut Courtois and finding Ross Barkley, who hit the post, Mirallas got in on the act himself when he controlled and fired home Leighton Baines’ cross to put the Toffees 2-0 up.

The forward then had the chance to put Roberto Martinez’s side back into the ascendancy after the Blues had levelled the score at 2-2, but his fellow countryman Courtois saved well in the one-on-one situation.

Despite not being able to hang on for three precious points, the 28-year-old should be enthusiastic about his first-team chances for the rest of the season after this display.
