Manchester United needed to respond after a dismal display against Spurs last time out and, despite going a goal down early against Newcastle, they responded in style. A big part of the Red Devils’ eventual 4-1 win was Marcus Rashford. Playing through the middle as a centre-forward, the England international’s pace and movement was a threat all evening. As well as winning the penalty, which Bruno Fernandes surprisingly missed, the 22-year-old scored and assisted strikes for Fernandes and Wan-Bissaka. A fantastic display from the exciting forward.
