Having been left out of Ghana’s Africa Cup of Nations squad and only managing four league starts for Leicester City this season, Jeffrey Schlupp could be open to a move away from the King Power Stadium in an attempt to secure a more regular source of playing time.

The left-back played a vital part in his side’s title winning season last year, but has failed to force his way into the starting eleven this term.

Reportedly, the Premier League champions have already knocked back a bid of £9m from Crystal Palace, with Swansea City and West Brom also said to be interested in the defender.

The versatile Ghanaian would be a great addition to Sam Allardyce’s side, who are in real danger just above the relegation zone.

However, the former England boss will face major competition from Tony Pulis for Schlupp, who is also very keen on obtaining his signature and was said to have had two bids for the 24-year-old blocked by manager Claudio Ranieri last summer.
