Leeds United are reportedly set to seal the loan signing of Tottenham defender Milos Veljkovic.

It is understood that Spurs are set to allow the 19-year-old centre-back to join the Championship outfit on a season-long loan deal.

Veljkovic, who enjoyed loan spells at Charlton Athletic and Middlesbrough last season, also featured seven times for Tottenham’s Under-21 squad last term.

Despite also making three appearances for Spurs’ first-team, Pochettino has plenty of defensive cover to give the Serbia Under-21 international a run of games out on loan, with Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Federico Fazio and Kevin Wimmer ahead in the pecking order.
