Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane continued his resurgence in front of goal when he hauled his side to victory against West Ham United at White Hart Lane.

With Spurs trailing in the closing stages, the England international, aged 23, equalised from close-range with 89 minutes on the clock, in a tightly contested inter-capital affair.

Not content with only a point, Kane proved to be the hero of the hour during injury-time, when he converted his decisive spot-kick into the bottom left corner to complete the most of dramatic of turnarounds, and maintain Tottenham’s unbeaten league record.

Kane, who won the golden boot last season, with 25 goals to his name, has now scored five times in his last four top-flight outings.
