Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham are the only unbeaten side left in the Premier League over three months since the first ball was kicked.

Spurs have won six and drawn six of their opening 12 matches but, despite their solid and promising start, they would have hoped for more victories at this stage of the campaign.

Nevertheless, an excellent 2-0 win over Manchester City demonstrated their title credentials and in Harry Kane, they’ve got one of the most prolific and deadly strikers in the division.

Their 3-2 win over West Ham on Saturday, which included a last-gasp brace from their talisman Kane, ended a frustrating run of four straight draws in the Premier League, and put them back to within a point of fourth placed Arsenal.

Although Spurs have proven to be difficult to break down this season, many still feel that they will fall short in the race for title, so here are TWO players Pochettino should try and snap up from La Liga in January…
