Several Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on Isco’s situation at Real Madrid, and Tottenham are one of them.

The 24-year-old has been on the periphery in recent seasons, and has been restricted to nine La Liga appearances in this campaign, only six of which have been starts.

He has also yet to appear for the club in the Champions League this season, which must suggest to the playmaker that his time at the Bernabeu is almost up.

The Spanish international reminded many of his exceptional talent in his cameo role against England last week, in which he helped a lethargic Spain side come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Wembley.

This performance will not have gone unnoticed by many Premier League managers and, such is the interest up and down the country, Pochettino must act fast to get his man in January.
