Tottenham came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at Manchester City on Saturday to keep their Premier League title hopes just about alive.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men conceded twice in five second half minutes as Hugo Lloris made uncharacteristic errors to allow Leroy Sane to net a first, and then Kevin De Bruyne to bundle home a second.

However, Dele Alli and Son Heung-min bailed the Spurs captain out with goals late on to extend Tottenham’s unbeaten league run to seven matches, although Chelsea’s win over Hull means that they are now nine points adrift of the Blues at the top.

Pochettino’s men also saw North London rivals Arsenal overtake them in the table after they won at home to Burnley, yet Spurs will be delighted to have shown fighting spirit and excellent character to take a point from the Etihad.

Nonetheless, there were signs during that game that Pochettino may need to add to his squad this month in a bid to keep Spurs there or thereabouts in the title race, with many names already being linked with a move to White Hart Lane.

Thus, here is what the dream Spurs spine could be come the end of the month…
