Wenger should give these 3 Arsenal players a chance against Burnley

Olivier Giroud’s injury troubles could see Danny Welbeck return to the Arsenal side for his first Premier League start since May.

The 26-year-old suffered a knee injury in the Gunners’ 2-2 draw with Manchester City at the rear end of last season, and has since been consigned to the sidelines, meaning he missed Euro 2016 with England.

Nonetheless, the forward has returned to the set-up in recent weeks with substitute appearances against Preston and Swansea, and could make his first start of the campaign against Burnley should Wenger decide against moving Alexis Sanchez into the more advanced role.

Regardless, Welbeck will probably play some part against the Clarets this weekend in a bid to improve his match fitness.
