Wenger should give these 3 Arsenal players a chance against Crystal Palace

Olivier Giroud

It was against Palace when Olivier Giroud netted that outrageous overhead volley earlier in the campaign, and he may be recalled to the starting eleven against the Eagles tonight.

The France international came off the bench and scored the Gunners’ third in their 3-0 success over West Ham on Wednesday, and with Danny Welbeck still working his way back from a long-term injury, Wenger may opt for Giroud, who has scored 13 goals in all competitions this season, to lead the line against Allardyce’s men.

Palace have been much-improved defensively over recent weeks, but with the physical presence of Giroud, the pace of Theo Walcott, and sheer brilliance of Alexis Sanchez, it’s going to be a tricky evening for the hosts.
