Arsenal went top of the Premier League on Saturday, albeit temporarily, following a 3-1 win over Stoke at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsene Wenger’s men fell behind to Charlie Adam’s first half penalty, but goals from Theo Walcott, Mesut Ozil, and Alex Iwobi secured the points for the hosts, who extended their unbeaten league run to 14 games in the process.

They claimed top spot following the victory, but Chelsea’s narrow 1-0 win over West Brom on Sunday meant that Antonio Conte’s side, who have won nine games in a row, overtook the Gunners at the summit.

Nonetheless, it has been an impressive first half of the season from Wenger’s men, who have won ten of their opening 15 league games and suffered just the one defeat – at home to Liverpool on the opening day.

They travel to Everton on Tuesday looking for a fourth successive league victory, and to also maintain the only unbeaten away record in the top-flight, with the Gunners having won five and drawn the other two of their seven games on the road.

Ronald Koeman’s Toffees have struggled of late, winning just one of their last ten league games, but they are unbeaten at Goodison Park this season, having won three and drawn the other four of their seven home matches.

With a trip to Manchester City coming up on Sunday, Wenger may look to freshen his side up ahead of the busy Christmas period, so here are THREE players who deserve a chance tomorrow night…
